Air Travel to the Convention: A 5% group discount for the Convention
has been arranged with American Airlines. This pricing is effective
from 15 April until 26 April to allow for early/late departure. To take advantage of this pricing you must either purchase
your ticket online at AA.com (American Airlines) or call 1-800-433-1790.
Tickets purchased over the phone are subject to a $10 fee. Advantage
members can also collect miles - Advantage program rules apply. To take advantage of the group discount,

Convention Attendees are fully responsible for arranging their own transportation
to and from the hotel, as well as any unscheduled travel during the convention. The Wyndham Hotel does not
have an airport shuttle. To prepare for travel inside of Cleveland, we suggest that you purchase an RTA
7-Day Pass. This covers riding on bus and Rapid Transit lines. Passes can be ordered on-line for $15,
and the 7-day limit does not begin until the first use. Taxi service between the airport and hotel is normally
$20-25 each way, so with a 7-day pass, you can save yourself at least $25 right from the start.
If you are a Senior with a Medicare ID or possess a "Service-Connected" VA ID card, you can
order an RTA 7-day Senior/Disabled pass for $6. To ride with the 7-day S/D card, you must present either
your Medicare card or your VA ID card each time you board a rapid train or bus.
If you are disabled, but do not have either a Medicare ID or a S-C VA ID card, you can obtain an RTA S/D ID card by
following the instructions at this link. If you
possess a local transit S/D ID card, please call 216.566.5100 during normal business hours to find out if you can also
use it for RTA.
The Green "Smile-and-Ride" B-line and E-line
trolley-busses which circle downtown Cleveland are FREE for everyone. The E-line
picks up and drops off within just a few steps of the hotel, and runs every 10 minutes.
Regular RTA per-ride fares are as such: Bus $1.50, Rapid $1.75, Red-Circulator $0.75, S/D with ID $0.60.
If you plan to use RTA in favor of taxi service, please be sure to order your passes in plenty of time for mailing.
To get to the hotel from the airport via RTA, take the Rapid Red Line to Tower City, then
connect to either the #6 bus or the E-line trolley. The Wyndham is just
about a dozen blocks from the Tower City Rapid Terminal.

The Wyndham Cleveland Playhouse Square, located at 1260 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland,
Ohio 44115 in the heart of Cleveland's Theater District, is the host hotel for this event. For

the discount code "AVER" to secure the AVER 2007 Convention rack rate. The discount rack rate of $89.00
per night is available from 18 April - 24 April 2007. The Convention "rack rate" applies to Deluxe
rooms with either one King Size bed, or two Queen Size beds. To secure the quoted discount rate, reservations must
be made on or prior to 02 April 2007.
If you have a Wyndham By Request number, please be
certain to give that number at the time you make your reservation. WBR allows you additional hotel perks such as free high
speed internet access and phone calls. To join WBR, click
here. While multiple people can stay under one rate, only one WBR# can be used per room. If extra beds
are needed, there may be a charge added to the discounted rate. Each attendee will be responsible for any and all fees
they incur during their stay at the convention. Only the meals included on the Convention Schedule are included in the
Convention fees.
Cancellation of reservation: Reservations must be canceled no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date
to avoid a cancellation charge of one night's stay and tax. |

Convention Sponsorships: The Convention program will be 5.5x8.5
- halfsheet / "Playbill" style. Rather than separating sponsors and advertisers, this year, we are structuring
"advertising" similar to a PBS pledge drive: donate X amount -- get "thank you gift". As such, all 2007
Convention sponsors meeting our benchmarks will automatically qualify for advertising space and tickets as listed below. "Advertising" space may be used for either advertisements or for letters of support.
Ads / letters submitted should be at least 600dpi, and in one of the following file formats: PSD/PNG/JPG/PDF. Ads / letters
